The Southern Futurity Stallion Auction (SFSA) website is operated by Exceleration Designs, Inc. (doing business as Big Sky Internet Design) on behalf of the Southern Cutting Horse Futurity. This policy describes what information we collect on this site and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you register as a bidder we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. As you use the auction we also keep records of your bids, purchases, and account activity. Like most websites, our server logs record technical details such as IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to run the auction: to manage your bidder account, process bids and purchases, send auction-related emails (such as bid confirmations, outbid notices, and win notifications), and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Text Message (SMS) Program

Southern Futurity Stallion Auction, operated by Exceleration Designs, Inc. (doing business as Big Sky Internet Design), offers optional text-message (SMS) alerts to registered bidders who opt in.

Information we collect. When you opt in we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (date, time, the wording you agreed to, and technical details such as IP address).

How we use it. Solely to send the alerts you signed up for - registration confirmations, bid confirmations, outbid alerts, and win/purchase notifications - and to manage your subscription (confirmation, HELP, STOP).

We do not sell or share your number for marketing. No mobile information (phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data) will be shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with our messaging provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver these messages on our behalf, and as required by law.

Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; reply HELP for help. Or contact us at [email protected]. Our alerts are sent from a single number shared across the auctions we operate, so replying STOP cancels alerts from all of them, not only this one. To stop alerts for this auction only, use the Turn Off All Text Alerts option on your Text Alerts page.

Retention. We keep consent and opt-out records as needed to document compliance.
